Here are the requirements for applying for the PMP Certification Exam:

1(a). For a person having a bachelor degree or equivalent university degree: Minimum of 4500 hours of project experience or Minimum of 3 years of project experience or
1(b). For a person who has a high school diploma or equivalent secondary school credentials: Minimum of 7500 hours of project experience or Minimum of 5 years of project experience.

2. 35 Contact Hours of Project Management Education (PMP Prep Program).

PMP exam is of 4 hours duration. Yes 4 hours. It covers 200 multiple choice questions with only one correct answer. There is no negative marking. PMI uses rating system to evaluate understanding is given in each of the five process groups. The rating can be Below Proficient, Proficient, and Moderately Proficient

Can I take the PMP Certification Exam from any City, Globally?

Yes, you can. PMI® has tied up with many Prometric centers across the world. While selecting the Exam center you have an option to choose the Registered Exam center from any country.

Are there any pre- requisite’s for PMP® certification?

Yes there are pre-requisite’s for the PMP® Certification .Either of the below mentioned pre-requisite’s should be satisfied:
A university -4 year degree course and at least three years of experience in project management, with 4,500 hours of leading &directing projects and 35 hours of project management education.
OR A secondary diploma (high school or the global equivalent) with at least five years of experience in project management, with 7,500 hours leading & directing projects and 35 hours of project management education. .

Do we get any assistance to fill up the application form?

Yes, we will guide you on how to apply & fill up the PMP® application form in PMI® website.

Is the PMP® Certification Exam fee included in the Training course fee?

No. PMP® Certification Exam fees is directly paid to Project Management Institute (PMI)®

What is the cost for PMP®Certification Exam conducted by PMI®?

The PMP® Certification Exam fees for a PMI® Member is $ 405 (US) and for a Non Member it is $ 555(US). PMI® membership fee is $ 139 (US).

How many questions are there in the PMP® (Project Management Professional) certification exam?

The PMP® Certification exam has a total of 200 questions that must be answered within 4 hours. 175 Questions will be scored and the remaining 25 are not scored but will be randomly chosen that are considered pre-test questions.

How many PDUs would be awarded to me after the completion of this PMP training course?

After the successful completion of the 4 Day PMP training course, a total of 35 Contact Hours will be awarded to you.
