Suresh holds experience of more than 22 years in IT industry. With expertise in Agile Transformation, Software Design & Development, Agile Coaching, Scrum Training, Delivery Management, Product Management, Program Management, Project Management, he has guided fortune 500 organizations to the path of growth. With experience in Scrum training, transformation and coaching, he has nearly trained up to 300 batches in Scrum across 15 countries such as Belgium, China, France, Netherlands, India, Spain, Sweden and the USA. He created a leadership coaching model, "Exepedia", helping leaders, managers, and senior executives collaborate and transform their vision into reality. He is amongst a few globally certified in 'Sharon Bowman's 'Training from the Back of the Room (TBR)' - which enhances the effectiveness of the training. He innovated 'Training Scrum from the Back of the Room' leveraging TBR to help other trainers and coaches ensure Scrum trainings are more engaging, knowledge packed, and fun to learn. He strongly believes in conducting experiments on leveraging Scrum outside IT in areas such as Education, Arts, Marketing, etc. He is a Co-Chair for one of the Scrum Alliance flagship conferences – Regional Scrum Gathering at Hyderabad during 2020. He is a regular volunteer and speaker at worldwide conferences such as Agile Alliance San Diego (2018), BEACON (2017), Global Scrum Gatherings at Minneapolis (2018), Singapore (2017), Bangalore (2016), Regional Scrum Gatherings India (2017, 2015), International OD Conference (2016) and Agile Tours at Bangkok (2016) and Chennai (2015).
