Professional Scrum Master PSM training is an very interactive workshop for understanding how we can become effective Scrum Masters and for anyone coaching a team toward increased efficiency and effectiveness. This PSM training includes thinking for servant-leadership and behavioral shifts. We will introspect Scrum principle and will figure out how to co-relate these in day to day at our work environments. This PSM workshop is designed to have discussions and hands-on exercises based upon real-life cases and games to understand concepts better. This 2 days Professional Scrum Master workshop covers the principles and empirical process theory underpinning the Scrum framework, and the role of the Scrum Master. This workshop teaches what is at the heart of the Scrum and Agile movement.

How many attempts candidate can take?

After attending the course, if you attempt the PSM exam within 14 days and do not score at least 85%, you will be given a 2nd attempt at no cost.

What language is the training conducted?

All trainings are conducted in English.

What are the pre-requisites for Professional Scrum Master?

Nothing, However reading Scrum guide (www.scrumguides.org) is recommended before coming to workshop.

If I am totally new Scrum then this Professional Scrum Master Training is for me?

Yes, We get attendees from all levels attending the training. The training gives the introduction of the Scrum and you will finish the training with the clear understanding what is it and how it will help you.

What is format for the PSM exam?

The PSM exam is 80 Multiple choice questions, 60 minutes.

What is the pass marks of the exam?

The pass mark is 85%.
